Atelier Pastourelle products are made to order. I process and ship all orders within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package on the carrier's website.
I undertake to pack the artworks adequately. However, if the item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and the packaging so that we can resolve the issue quickly by offering you a replacement or a refund.
A 14-day return policy is established from the receipt of your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a full refund or exchange.
