What are your order processing times?

Most Atelier Pastourelle products are made to order. I process and ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days of receiving payment.

What is your return and refund policy?

A 14-day return policy is established from the receipt of your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a full refund or exchange. No product may be returned.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

I undertake to pack the artworks adequately. However, if the item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and the packaging so that we can resolve the issue quickly by offering you a replacement or a refund.
